University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field., Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus., 4–5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering., Experience in international environments, ideally supporting IT, Procurement or HR., Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Power BI., Knowledge of D365, TM1, or similar systems is an advantage., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., Proactive mindset and ability to work independently., Fluent English (spoken and written).
