Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field., At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in insurance., At least 3 years of people management experience (cross-country or international experience is a plus)., Strong understanding of product pricing, segmentation, rating factor governance, and deployment via rating engines., Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills., Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities., Very good English (written and spoken)., Specifics for some positions:, International experience in Motor products (at least 2 countries, including participation in product setup)., Legal background for Liability products is a plus., Medical background for Personal lines is a plus.
