1–4 years of experience in HCP engagement operations, compliance, or medical affairs support,, Working knowledge of Reltio, Veeva, Interactions Hub, or similar CRM/HCP engagement systems,, Familiarity with FMV tiering, COI management, license verification and debarment/exclusion screening processes,, High attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously,, Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and external HCPs,, Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on throughput and compliance., Exposure to onboarding tool enhancements or automation initiatives.
