By assisting the entire lifecycle infrastructure of digital trading assets, the company provides safe and hassle-free solutions for financial institutions.Working for a leader in digital asset trading is an exclusive opportunity to get involved in revolutionary blockchain technology, which is one of the fastest developing technologies, gaining more and more applications in various areas. Your role is:-> to work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality product iterations;-> to lead, mentor, and scale Product Owners / Product Managers;-> to work closely with Engineering, UX, QA, Data, and Delivery leads;-> to act as the final decision-maker in product-related trade-offs;-> to define and manage the product backlog: prioritisation, specification, and acceptance;-> to engage with stakeholders and customers to gather requirements and translate them into actionable stories; -> to write feature specs and user stories in line with customer needs and roadmap vision;-> to monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive enhancements and future features;-> to plan and manage incremental releases that deliver value and align with business direction. Your skills and experiences:-> 5+ years in a similar leading or management role related to product ownership;-> 8+ years in a Product Owner or Product Manager role;-> excellent communication abilities and fluency in English (min.
