Requirements:Experience (Must-Have)8–10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in architecture or technology leadership.Hands-on experience building BI/Data Warehouse systems.Deep knowledge of at least two cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Proven experience managing IT infrastructure (networks, servers, security).Experience in building and developing technical teams.Demonstrated hands-on engineering ability (not purely managerial). Technical Skills (Must-Have)Data architecture: data warehouse, data lake, data mesh.Analytics: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift.Streaming: Apache Kafka, pub/sub systems.IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi.Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.Incident management / ITSM frameworks.
