At least 3 years of experience in a safety-related, ideally in an corporate environment., Master's degree in safety management, or post graduate diploma in EHS. A postgraduate diploma in Psychological Safety (Well-being) is also preferred., Open to change and committed to continuous improvement., Proficiency in both spoken and written English., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., Strong leadership and influencing skills., Good project/program management skills., Interest in health and well-being is beneficial., A proactive, solution-oriented mindset., Willingness to travel to sites in Poland (approx. 10% of the time)., Cultural awareness and the ability to bridge cross-cultural boundaries.
