A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred. We will also accept equivalent professional experience and/or relevant H&S certifications., Understanding of Polish H&S regulations and compliance requirements., Prior experience in a global or international corporate role, preferably in a tech environment., A safety-first mindset with a genuine commitment to protecting employee health and wellbeing., Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of H&S governance., The ability to work as a primary liaison with occupational health service providers globally., Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English (C1)., Proactive, organised, and solutions-oriented approach., Cultural awareness to navigate different regulatory environments and business practices across international locations.
