Opis stanowiska

Zakres obowiązków Key Responsibilities: Act as the local HR specialist, managing all onsite HR administration, including: administrative support, employee onboarding and offboarding processes, local payroll and benefits administration in compliance with Polish labor law, preparing, reviewing, and maintaining HR documentation (e.g., employment contracts, amendments, policies, reference letters, offboarding documents) in both Polish and English. Provide support in employee relations matters, including advising managers on HR procedures and local employment regulations. Maintain compliance with Polish labor law and internal policies. Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy (Workday) Respond to first-line employee queries globally related to payroll, benefits, leave, and general HR questions Collaborate with HR team to support global processes. Work with external benefits providers to administer global employee benefits. Generate HR reports and support system improvement initiatives. Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of payroll data submissions. Support the coordination of the annual performance review process. Wymagania Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist / HR Specialist role, ideally in an international environment. Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices. Experience in payroll and benefits administration. Proficient English (C1) for daily communication and documentation. Experience working with HR systems (Workday). Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, people-oriented approach.
