4-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist / HR Specialist role, ideally in an international environment., Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices., Experience in payroll and benefits administration., Proficient English (C1) for daily communication and documentation., Experience working with HR systems (Workday)., Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently., Excellent communication skills and a proactive, people-oriented approach.
