Zakres obowiązków Key responsibilities: Manage HR administration in Poland (contracts, benefits, taxes, social security, absence tracking) - excluding payroll calculation Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, parental/sick leaves Prepare monthly HR/finance reports and bank reconciliations Partner with managers on recruitment and selection processes Organize and coordinate training, development, and internal HR initiatives Support event organization (seminars, trainings, team building) Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions Be the first point of contact for HR-related matters in Poland. Wymagania Your profile: Minimum 2 years of experience working on a similar role; Very good Polish and English languages (min. B2); Good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel; Willingness to work closely with people and proactively support them by solving HR-related issues; Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
