University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field., Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an international environment., Solid knowledge of labor legislation and Health & Safety (H&S) regulations., Strong proficiency in English (min. B2), both spoken and written, for daily business communication., A highly autonomous and proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership of HR processes., Exceptional adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (greenfield experience is a plus)., Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
