Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or relevant technical field preferred), 3–5 years of HSE experience in industrial construction projects, Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 management systems, Practical field experience in: (Permit to work systems, Energy isolation (lockout/tagout) ,Working at heights, Lifting operations ,Excavation and confined space entry, Commissioning and pre-commissioning safety support), Ability to conduct hazard identification and risk assessments on a daily operational level, Fluency in Polish and English is required; proficiency in Turkish is highly preferred, OSHA/NEBOSH or equivalent certification preferred
