Knowledge of Polish Occupational Health & Safety (BHP) regulations and applicable EU requirements, Legally authorized and certified to deliver HSE/BHP trainings in Poland, Proven experience in delivering HSE trainings in industrial, construction, or infrastructure environments, Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken), Strong proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare training materials, presentations, and reports, Demonstrable knowledge of Polish laws and local regulatory practices relevant to the role, Professional competence to perform duties in accordance with Polish regulations, Prior project or site experience in Poland is highly preferred
