Duties

• Lead the design of cutting-edge HVAC systems from concept to construction documents.

• Spearhead business development efforts in Tampa, Virginia, and nearby regions—especially with municipalities and school districts.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver MEP solutions for K-12 schools, universities, healthcare, commercial, and government facilities.

• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and performance goals—every time.

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited)

• Professional Engineer (PE) license

• 10+ years in consulting engineering or A/E firms

• Proven experience in Revit and MEP construction documentation

• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills

• Business development and project management experience
