Description:

As a Transformation Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with business and delivery teams to turn ideas into working solutions and operating models. You’ll support large-scale change initiatives, help embed new ways of working, and make sure change actually brings measurable results - not just presentations. You’ll also be involved in programme and project activities, helping teams move fast while keeping quality high. This role is for people who enjoy working close to the business and driving real change - not for those looking for a purely technical or documentation-only position.

What you will do:

  • Identify, define and solve business problems using structured thinking and creativity
  • Translate complex topics into clear, practical and well-structured insights for different audiences
  • Understand business drivers and strategy to help shape well-aligned solutions
  • Spot risks and issues early and act fast to reduce their impact
  • Own the requirements management process and support solution design
  • Identify impacts on the target operating model and plan mitigation actions
  • Challenge ideas in a constructive, professional way
  • Support programme management with impact and change assessments

About you:

  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex transformation initiatives
  • Solid experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and solution design
  • Hands-on exposure to change and implementation management
  • Experience working with Waterfall and Agile / Scrum delivery models
  • Comfortable using tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Visio
  • Good understanding of banking and/or financial services environments
  • Experience working on complex, multi-country or multi-region initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
