1-2 years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications., Strong writing, editing, and message-development skills., Experience hosting or coordinating large internal meetings or town halls., Proven ability to structure communication in a growing or transforming organisation., Background in communications, PR, marketing, or a related field., Good knowledge of English required., Excellent communication and storytelling ability., Confident facilitator with strong presentation skills., Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented., Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across departments., Able to simplify complex information into clear, accessible messages., Calm, positive, and solution-oriented — especially during periods of change., Experience in change communications or organisational transformation., Previous work in tech, IT services, or international environments., Familiarity with internal communication tools., Experience creating visual communication materials or slide decks.
