Your future companyFor our client, a well-established and fast-growing FMCG company, we are looking for a Key Account Manager - Food Service (Baltics).The company is expanding its Food Service & B2B operations and aims to significantly strengthen its presence across the Baltic markets as well as Central Eastern Europe. We are open to candidates based in Poland and in the Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).Location: Poland or Baltics (100% remote)Requirements• Proven experience in Food Service / B2B sales in the Baltic markets – must-have• Experience in ultra-fresh or related categories is highly valued• Strong background in distributor cooperation and influence-building• Proactive mindset – ability to initiate actions independently• Persistence, goal orientation and strategic thinking• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships• Very good command of English • Willingness to travel regularly across assigned marketsResponsibilities• Driving sales development in the Food Service & B2B channel across the Baltics and CEE• Managing cooperation with the main distributor in the Baltic countries• Developing company presence in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary• Implementing product concepts and building strong partnerships with key customers• Acting both strategically and operationally, including independently planning international trips• Representing the company at leading industry events   The offer• A strategic role with high autonomy and real business impact• Opportunity to shape market presence in a rapidly developing segment• Work in a company known for quality, innovation, sustainability and a people-focused culture• 100% remote position with an international scope• Competitive compensation and performance-driven bonus structure• Attractive working conditions
