Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Trading & Sales: Identify new business opportunities and sell various products (sourced from Korea/Asia) to the Polish and CEE markets.Tender Management (Bidding):Monitor public and private tenders in Poland and neighboring countries.Manage the entire bidding process, including documentation, pricing strategy, and compliance with tender specifications.Import/Export Operations:Handle logistics coordination, forwarding, and customs clearance procedures.Manage shipping documentation (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.).Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers in Asia and customers in Europe to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues.Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify new profitable items or industries for trading.RequirementsExperience: 3–5 years of experience in International Trade, B2B SalesCore Competencies:Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and international trade regulations.Proven experience in preparing and submitting commercial bids/tenders (Public Procurement experience is a strong plus).Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade, Economics, or a related field.Language Skills:Polish: Native level.English: Business Professional (Fluent) is mandatory for HQ communication and contracts.Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, high adaptability to different product categories, and strong negotiation skills.[Preferred Qualifications]Experience working at a General Trading Company or Logistics firm.Experience working with Korean companies or understanding of Korean business culture.Familiarity with the Polish Public Procurement Law (Pzp).
