This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that IAM processes are compliant with regulatory standards and aligned with the organisation's security policies. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in system or business analysis, particularly within IAM or IT security.Main ResponsibilitiesThe IT Analyst will be responsible for: Collecting and documenting business requirements regarding IAM processes. Analysing and verifying requirements for consistency, completeness, and compliance with regulations and security policies. Collaborating with project teams and IAM system administrators to prepare functional specifications. Engaging in implementation and development projects within the IAM domain. Creating analytical documentation, including process diagrams and use cases. Supporting acceptance testing and project handover. Key Requirements At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and the IT/banking sector. Experience in system or business analysis, preferably in IAM or IT security. Ability to create analytical documentation and functional specifications. Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required to effectively work with documentation. Nice to HaveKnowledge of identity and access management processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based access, SSO, and MFA.
