Your Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the design, technical conception, and hands-on implementation of the global CIAM solution as a new platformAnalyzing and aligning detailed requirements with global stakeholders, including business, IT Security, Compliance, and Data Protection teamsArchitecting and configuring scalable, secure CIAM processes and system integrations for customers and external partnersManaging the integration of applications and systems into the new CIAM platform during rollout and beyondCoordinating closely with external developers, technology vendors, and service providers to ensure quality delivery and meeting KPIsEnsuring solution adherence to policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirementsDocumenting architecture, design decisions, implementation details, testing results, and operational proceduresSupporting agile project execution and continuous improvement of the CIAM system post-implementation Your QualificationsCompleted studies in Business Informatics, IT Security, Computer Science, or related field, or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experienceA proven experience in leading the setup, implementation, and operation of IAM or CIAM solutions, preferably from initial rollout onwardExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (min. B2 level)Knowledge of or exposure to CIAM platforms such as ForgeRock, Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, SAP CDC, Salesforce or other similar toolsStrong understanding of IT architecture, identity management protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML), and IT security principlesCapability to work independently and proactively champion new technologies and approachesProfessional experience in coordinating internal stakeholders and external developers/suppliers in complex technical projectsProficiency in using Agile methodologies (SCRUM, DevOps) is considered an asset Our OfferBe a part of a global company & international team with a diverse variety of backgrounds, skills and views.As part of our IT team, you will actively shape the technology and solutions used by Schaeffler.Grow with us!
