We are looking for an experienced IT Architect to join our team in the telecommunications sector, working on cutting-edge projects for one of the main mobile network providers. The role involves designing and supervising complex IT solutions across all phases — from concept and architecture design to deployment, testing, and client delivery. Key Responsibilities Participate in end-to-end solution design, implementation, and integration for large-scale telco systems.Ensure technical consistency and quality across all project stages.Lead and facilitate workshops with clients and external vendors.Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.Perform data analysis and provide insights to optimize system performance. Required Skills & Experience Solid understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments.Hands-on experience with at least one monitoring/observability tool, such as ELK, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, or Prometheus stack.Working knowledge of Kafka.Strong data analysis skills.Basic programming skills in Python (advanced skills in another language are also welcome).Excellent communication and presentation abilities — the position requires frequent client workshops and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.Professional proficiency in English (B2+/C1 level) What’s in it for you?
