Introduction & SummaryWe are seeking an expert in Non-Functional Testing (NFT) within the data domain. The ideal candidate must possess practical knowledge and extensive experience in NFT, including performance, reliability, accessibility, and security testing. Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills in English are essential for driving the NFR and NFT agenda in a solution train environment.Main ResponsibilitiesThe primary focus of this role includes: Developing, gathering, analyzing, and implementing non-functional requirements. Collaborating closely with architects and product owners. Writing non-functional test strategies and reports. Conducting performance simulations and analyses across various levels. Driving NFR and NFT requirements in an Agile/SAFe setup. Key Requirements Deep understanding of non-functional requirement definition and non-functional testing in the data area. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Test automation skills. Development skills beyond the QA scope. Knowledge of system architecture. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux. Experience with CI/CD processes, specifically Jenkins. Proficiency in LoadRunner, JMeter, and Splunk. Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, PDC, Kafka, and AppDynamics. Ability to simulate complex user behaviors. Banking experience is advantageous. Nice to Have Knowledge of Big Data concepts, especially within the Hadoop ecosystem. Cloud systems familiarity (AWS, GCP, Azure). Exposure to Snowflake.
