A solid understanding of Data & Analytics type of projects (you should be able to discuss clients’ challenges and solutions, but don’t need to deep dive into the technical details),, Minimum 5 years of practical experience in team/people management,, Experience in leading projects (e.g., as a PM or Delivery Lead) and working with international clients,, Strong communication (verbal and written) and leadership skills,, Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on T&M projects where results matter, proven by proper certifications,, Proficiency in creating and managing project documents, including SOWs,, A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills,, Ability to work independently and take initiative,, Very good command of English (C1–C2) and Polish.
