Responsibilities Support project workshops and interviews with German users during the assessment phase. Act as a linguistic and cultural bridge between the local team and the central PLM team (German ↔ English). Contribute to the documentation and translation of business requirements. Assist in preparing training materials (slides, user guides, documentation) in German. Deliver end-user training sessions and support the roll-out and adoption of the PLM solution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Fluent in German (B2/C1 level). Good command of English, Polish and Italian. Knowledge of Italian will be a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to capture, summarize, and convey complex information clearly. Availability for occasional travel to Germany (if required). Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per week.
