At Devapo, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your challenges and solutions with our team of experts, including experienced architects who are always ready to share their knowledge and guide you through complex technical decisions.What you will do:As part of our team, you'll: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies Monitor project progress and report to management and clients Ensure quality standards and maintain comprehensive project documentation Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes What we are looking for: 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT project management Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies Experience managing technical projects (web applications, cloud solutions, system integrations) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project) Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities Nice to know Project Management Software, JIRA, Confluence PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM) Knowledge of BPM, process automation will be additional advantage Understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) Proficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clients Higher education in technical, business, or related field What we offer: Training and certification funding, with time for learning during working hours Private medical care: Medicover Multisport Language classes (English) Flexible working hours Team meetings and integration events Referral bonus for recommending a new employee
