Have at least 4 years of experience in the recruitment area in international company in IT sector., Able to maintain good quality in communication and building relationship with candidates during the process., Have a good eye for attention to detail especially in terms of maintaining data quality in ATS system., Be able to work under time pressure, multitask and prioritise., Have an excellent command of English and Polish., Have an excellent ability to organise and manage own tasks., Experience in conducting recruitment on different markets e.g. Europe, US, UK, Japan, Australia., Being up to date with current trends on the market., Familiarity with the insurance sector and its talent market.
