Location: Karviná, Czechy – fully on-site workThe company is carrying out a strategic project called Stargate, involving the implementation of a new ERP system (SAP S/4HANA) and a Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM) in production plants and distribution centers across the EMEA region.To support this initiative, we are looking for an IT Specialist to join the local implementation team and provide infrastructure and shopfloor application support. Responsibilities Support the local project team as the main IT point of contact for end users, Power Users, and process experts (SMEs). Participate in system testing (UAT, DIL): prepare and validate test data, execute test scenarios, log defects in Jira, and document results in QTest. Configure, maintain, and support shopfloor hardware: RF scanners, label printers, industrial terminals, tablets. Provide support for non-SAP production applications (production scheduling, work order printing, SCADA/MES Bridge). Ensure business continuity of systems during key project phases: testing, Go-Live, Hypercare. Collaborate closely with the central IT team of the Stargate project regarding processes, data, and technical solutions.  Requirements Experience in IT infrastructure or production system support. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure: LAN/Wi-Fi, servers, databases, data storage. Familiarity with systems and devices used in manufacturing and warehouse environments (MES, SCADA, labeling systems, terminals). Understanding of production and warehouse processes (manufacturing, logistics, quality, maintenance). Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. English proficiency sufficient for communication in an international environment. Experience in ERP/WMS implementation projects (SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM) – an advantage. Knowledge of Jira and QTest tools – an advantage. Candidates with less experience or students with strong motivation and eagerness to learn are also welcome – training will be provided in SAP PTP and SAP EWM modules.  We offer Work in an international environment and participation in a strategic global project.
