Proven experience in email system migrations, ideally involving POP3 and Mozilla Thunderbird, Strong understanding of email protocols (POP3, IMAP), Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, At least 5 years of experience in the IT sector, Solid background in user support, helpdesk, or systems administration, Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written), Residing in Poland required, Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid project environments, At least 2 years of experience in an international or global organization, Higher education in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science or related)
