Title: Senior Java Full-Stack Developer – B2B ContractLocation: Poland ( Hybrid)Industry: Global Payments & Financial TechnologyModel: Direct B2BShift: Standard (with collaboration across global distributed teams)Start: ASAPResponsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using Java, C#, Python, Angular, React, and related technologies. Build, test, and optimize RESTful APIs (REST/JSON). Ensure compliance with security standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across the SDLC. Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues. Work with Jira, ServiceNow, and Splunk for ticketing, monitoring, and log analysis. Collaborate closely with distributed global teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Manage multiple concurrent tasks and meet delivery deadlines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of hands-on development experience. Strong experience in Java, REST API development, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React). Experience with C# or Python is a plus. Strong understanding of multi-tier architecture, HTTP, REST, JSON, and web technologies. Proven experience in enterprise-scale development and API integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root-cause analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, global environments and adapt to new technologies quickly. Nice to Have Experience in the payments/fintech ecosystem. Exposure to cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
