Responsibilities: lead the team, while also effectively working autonomously to meet assigned objectives, share expertise and best practices in software development, both within and outside the team, supervise day-to-day operations, research, assess, design, and implement novel tools, frameworks, and methodologies to construct enduring software solutions, establish and oversee team performance metrics, identify training requirements and deliver coaching, actively listen to team members' feedback and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise, acknowledge outstanding performance and offer recognition for achievements, inspire and motivate team members.
