We are seeking qualified and experienced Journeyman Line Workers to join our collaborative, high-performing team at Kennecott Utah Copper, located just outside Salt Lake City, Utah. This critical role supports the safe generation, transmission, and distribution of electrical power across our site.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for certified professionals that hold a valid Lineman Certification with hands-on experience in high-voltage electrical systems and a strong commitment to safety, aligned with MSHA standards and Rio Tinto’s “Zero Harm” culture.

Our Kennecott mine is a world-class, fully integrated copper mining operation located just outside Salt Lake City, Utah. We produce copper, precious metals including gold and silver, molybdenum, tellurium, and sulfuric acid.
