We’re looking for a Junior Community Specialist who will join our team and help UGC creators grow, collaborate with brands, and monetize their content. You’ll be part of a team that builds the Polish TikTok Creators community powered by TikTok itself, while also collaborating with talented creators from all over the world.What you’ll do Engage and support a growing community of UGC creators. Organize and host online & offline meetings, webinars, and creative sessions. Help creators level up their skills and make better videos for brands. Collaborate with the TikTok team. Contribute to building a strong, inspiring creator culture. What we’re looking for (Don’t worry if you don’t check all the boxes — if you’re passionate and creative, we’ll figure out the rest together): Excellent understanding of how UGC creators work, collaborate, and what they struggle with (ideally, you’re a creator yourself). Charisma and confidence to host both small and large meetings — online and in person. You’re great at connecting with people and building lasting relationships. Native Polish speaker with strong English skills (min. C1). Basic design and video editing skills — you can create simple covers or edit a short video fast. Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT in daily work. Great organizational skills and a sense of ownership over your projects. Experience using Circle or other community platforms is a plus. Flexible mindset — you can adapt your working hours to match your and the team’s needs. What We Offer: Private healthcare and sports card.
