Master’s/Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of SAP HCM basics (data structures & infotypes), 2+ years of Excel data analysis (Power Query; macros - nice to have), Understanding of data mapping, rules, field-level transformations, picklists, Programming skills (preferably ABAP) will be a strong asset, Familiarity with ETL or data migration tools - nice to have), Experience in data validation, cleansing, and large-scale data handling - nice to have), Ability to identify structural data issues quickly and accurately, Strong English proficiency, Structured, independent, quality-oriented working style, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work under pressure during testing and cutover phases, Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, Team player with intercultural communication competence, Ownership mindset and accountability for deliverables, Permit to work in Poland, German language skills
