Junior Learning Consultant – develop and deliver training plan for S2P project, conduct learning needs analysis, create curriculum, ensure quality, run Train‑the‑Trainer sessions, coordinate across markets, report progress. Requires 2‑3 years experience, SAP S/4/Ariba knowledge, fluent English.
The Junior Learning Consultant is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of a training plan for the S2P project, which is essential for a successful go-live in spring 2025 and contributes to the broader S/4 implementation scheduled for 2027.Client: FMCG sectorRemote work: preferable from Poznań but to negotiateProject language: EnglishBusiness trips: noProject length: 12 months contract + option for prolongationsStart: Flexible /one month notice periodAssignment type: B2BRemuneration: 110-130 zł/hFTE: 100%Main Responsibilities: Collaborate in the development and quality assurance of training content. Conduct Learning Needs analysis and develop curriculum and production plans. Oversee quality checks and obtain sign-offs from stakeholders. Plan and execute Train-the-Trainer and end-user training activities. Coordinate communication and support learning activities across different markets and functions. Report on progress, blockers, and risks associated with learning initiatives. Key Requirements: Experience in Learning Needs analysis and delivery. Understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 and Ariba. Proven track record in coordinating quality checks and delivery scheduling. Minimum of 2-3 years in change management and learning sectors. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Nice to Have: Experience in teaching & learning, communication, finance, or procurement. Familiarity with SAP Walk Me and/or Enable Now tools. Strong motivation to grow as a people leader.
