Conduct Learning Needs analysis and develop curriculum and production plans. Oversee quality checks and obtain sign-offs from stakeholders. Plan and execute Train-the-Trainer and end-user training activities. Coordinate communication and support learning activities across different markets and functions. Report on progress, blockers, and risks associated with learning initiatives. Key Requirements: Experience in Learning Needs analysis and delivery. Understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 and Ariba. Proven track record in coordinating quality checks and delivery scheduling. Minimum of 2-3 years in change management and learning sectors. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Nice to Have: Experience in teaching & learning, communication, finance, or procurement. Familiarity with SAP Walk Me and/or Enable Now tools. Strong motivation to grow as a people leader.
