Responsibilities Ensure the IAM platform (Identity, Account, and Role Management) is secure and always available, while maintaining and improving connections with systems like SAP, Active Directory, EntraID, LDAP, PowerShell, and CSV. Monitor key components such as SQL managed instances, job servers, web servers, and application servers, and track platform performance using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Azure Monitor, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Log Analytics. Conduct automated health checks and detect problems early. Manage incidents according to ITIL best practices, taking full responsibility for tickets from start to finish to ensure quick resolution and compliance with SLAs. Assist with monthly releases and updates to the infrastructure, including conducting impact assessments, validating before deployment, and supporting change documentation. Qualifications University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Knowledge of IAM platform operations, preferably with One Identity Manager. Proficient in cloud infrastructure (especially Azure) and IAM toolsets. Experience working with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow). Familiarity with scripting languages and automation (e.g., PowerShell). ITIL Foundation certification is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Polish.
