Main Responsibilities Develop, automate, and maintain critical dashboards for the Payments area, focusing on key metrics like conversion rates, payment errors, and funnel drop-offs. Act as a data partner for Product Managers providing the analytical 'why' behind product performance. Conduct ad-hoc analyses on new feature launches and present clear, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders. Identify analytical gaps or data quality issues and propose technical solutions under the mentorship of senior team members Set up future A/B tests and perform post-test analysis to determine the impact of a change. Participate in future customer research initiatives by defining target groups and interpreting behavioral data to drive user-centric product changes.
