We're looking for a Mid/Senior PHP/Symfony Developer to join our Polish–Swiss team working on a modern SaaS platform for Swiss customers. We need someone with solid development experience who's ready to take on more responsibility, contribute to technical decisions, and grow together with the team.This is an opportunity to work in an international environment where you can expand your skills, share your knowledge, and help shape the future of our platform.💼 What you'll do Develop and maintain backend services built with Symfony and PHP Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions Support other team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and collaboration Work closely with product owners and the team to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions Collaborate with Polish and Swiss teammates in an agile environment Help identify improvements in code quality, performance, security, and overall system design Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with an eye toward long-term sustainability

Occasionally meet with the team in Wrocław (we work remotely on a daily basis)

🧠 What we expect Solid commercial experience with PHP (ideally 8.1+) and Symfony framework – you've worked on production systems and feel confident in your skills Good understanding of OOP principles and web application development best practices Ability to see beyond individual tasks – understanding how your work fits into the broader system and business goals English fluency – daily communication with Swiss teammates Collaborative mindset – you enjoy sharing knowledge, learning from others, and helping the team succeed
