Senior Kong EngineerLocation: Hybrid/WrocławContract Type: B2BFull timeWe are currently seeking a Senior Kong Engineer to join the Platform Engineering team of our client. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Kong Gateway, hands-on experience with Kubernetes, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure. You’ll play a key role in scaling and operating an API platform across hybrid cloud environments. Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience with Kong Gateway, including at least 1 year with Kong Konnect in production Previous experience as part of a platform engineering or infrastructure team In-depth understanding of API management, REST APIs, and microservices architecture Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, particularly with managing ingress and services via Kong Gateway Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python) Excellent analytical and communication skills Fluent in both English and Polish (minimum B2 level) What We Offer: Collaboration in an international environment  Opportunity to work on large-scale, cloud-based, modern projects Full support and knowledge-sharing within an experienced team Opportunities to grow your technical skills and work on innovative initiatives Competitive B2B contract remuneration To learn more about Antal, please visit www.antal.pl
