Holding the role of the Business Analyst joins the responsibility for the well-gathered requirements and being a team member within the whole development process.       What you will bring to the table:   experience in the IT industry is a must  excellent command of English (C1+)   experience in diagnosing customer needs and analyzing business requirements   familiarity with the software development process    knowledge of the web platform/web applications (user’s perspective)   demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills   strong interpersonal and communication skills    self-starter able to work both in a team and independently   adaptability and quick learning   initiative and ownership to ensure successful outcomes       Your work in details:   Gathering requirements from the client  Proposing solutions to the client and verifying priorities   Performing QA    Acting as the company’s representative    Conducting refinements with the team   Creating project’s and analytical documentation   Supporting the development process   Organizing design-thinking / brainstorming sessions     How do we operate?   weekly meetings with a group of stakeholders in US  regular communication to ensure continuity of the analysis process  gathering requirements   deepening domain knowledge (client application)  preparing the backlog items   creating of the analytical documentation  close cooperation with Synergy's design   supporting the development team   If your voice isn’t heard - let’s make some noise.
