  Project

Development and extension of a custom workflow framework and digital platforms supporting safety, certification, and compliance processes in the maritime and industrial sectors. The project focuses on building scalable, event-driven microservices and modern frontend components, supporting pilot deployments and real-world validation in high-risk operational environments.   Expected competences and knowledge:

Strong expertise in .NET 8.0 and C# (5 years +) with experience in building scalable, production-ready microservice Hands-on experience with frontend development using React.js and/or StencilJS (Web Components) Solid understanding of event-driven architectures (Kafka, MassTransit) Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB) Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) Ability to work independently in a dynamic, incubator-style environment with evolving priorities Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including production issue resolution Experience collaborating directly with customers and cross-functional teams Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and technical documentation
