If yes, this role may be for you.Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end requirements analysis including elicitation, refinement, validation, and ongoing management of functional and non-functional requirements Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams Analyse and design application-level architecture with strong focus on APIs, integrations, and complex data flows Define API requirements including contracts, request and response structures, error handling, and non-functional expectations Model business processes, system workflows, and integration scenarios using BPMN and UML Translate business needs into clear system specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria Support backlog management, prioritisation, and impact analysis across multiple application components Use AI tools daily to accelerate analysis work, improve documentation quality, and support architectural decision-making Support solution validation, internal testing, and production readiness activities Ensure full traceability between business objectives, requirements, APIs, and implemented functionality What we are looking for 4+ years as a Systems Analyst on complex software platforms Proven hands-on experience working with APIs, especially REST-based services and integration patterns Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases Practical experience with BPMN, UML, and tools such as Enterprise Architect or equivalent Experience analysing distributed systems and service-oriented architectures

Demonstrated daily use of AI tools in analysis and design work, such as:

GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted tools for specification and technical analysis AI-powered documentation tools (e.g. Confluence AI, Notion AI) AI-assisted modelling and diagramming for BPMN, UML, and architecture AI-supported SQL and data exploration tools AI-assisted testing and quality tools for requirements coverage and edge cases
