For a fast-growing US-based AI startup, we are looking for Senior AI Delivery Managers who can ensure execution excellence, transparency, and predictability across multiple enterprise-grade AI programmes.Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of AI, data science, and GenAI initiatives Translate business objectives into structured delivery plans, roadmaps, and milestones Manage backlogs, sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, KPIs, and delivery reporting Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints Oversee data workflows and validate outputs using SQL, JSON, and Python Coordinate work across data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, and software teams Act as the primary delivery interface for client stakeholders Track budget, capacity, utilisation, and delivery forecasts Prepare delivery dashboards and performance insights for leadership Define and enforce delivery standards, governance, and quality controls What we are looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project, programme, or service delivery roles Proven track record delivering AI, GenAI, LLM, or data-driven projects Strong command of Agile and Scrum, with hands-on use of Jira and Confluence Practical ability to work with SQL, JSON, and Python for data inspection and validation Experience managing cross-functional technical teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Background in startup, scale-up, or fast-growth environments

Fluent English for daily collaboration

Nice to have: Technical degree in Computer Science or a related field Experience with BI or data visualisation tools Understanding of system architecture and AI fundamentals Experience building delivery frameworks or governance models

Consulting background or certifications such as PMP or PMI-ACP
