Industry: BankingRate: up to 165 pln/h net + VAT, B2BLocation: Warsaw - hybrid model (at least 2 days per week at the office)The primary purpose of the Senior QA Engineer role is to enhance the quality assurance processes within the development team by implementing automated testing solutions for both front-end and back-end systems in the consumer finance sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation and a strong foundation in both functional and non-functional testing.RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement automated test cases in collaboration with developers, manual testers, product owners, and business experts. Reduce manual testing needs by automating front-end and back-end flows. Perform performance testing following standards, utilizing JMeter. Gather and manage test data necessary for testing activities. Monitor, debug, and document test results effectively. Proactively drive improvements to automated test coverage. REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of hands-on test automation experience (Web GUI, REST services). Coding skills in Java. Familiarity with test automation tools (Maven, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Rest-Assured, Postman, Chrome DevTools). Proficiency in using GIT. Experience with Non-Functional Testing, especially Performance Testing using JMeter. Proficient in test management tools (preferably qTest). Experience with Confluence and Jira. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins/Bamboo). Mobile apps testing experience (additional asset). Skills in data manipulation using various data formats (e.g., XML, CSV, JSON, additional asset). Experience implementing behavior-driven development and familiarity with Gherkin (additional asset). General testing knowledge (e.g., ISTQB Foundation level). Ability to drive and support QA activities within the delivery team. Willingness to continuously improve competencies in test automation. Good communication skills for promoting automation focus among team members. NICE TO HAVE: Hands-on manual testing experience.
