Key ResponsibilitiesCloud & Backend Engineering Develop cloud-native applications using Java, Go, or Python Build and maintain microservices and distributed systems Utilize GCP SDKs and cloud services for development and deployment Integrate new and existing systems into scalable backend architectures Database Engineering & Administration Design and model optimal database structures Create tables, define relationships, and enforce data integrity

Develop schema, stored procedures, functions, and views in:

MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle SQL Server

Support complex query tuning and schema refinement Handle data migration, import/export, and ETL processes Security, Compliance & Maintenance Perform DB administration: user management, backups, optimisation, security Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations Support disaster recovery and performance tuning efforts Collaboration & Communication Work closely with software engineers, architects, and designers Translate data requirements into technical solutions Communicate database structures and data flows clearly Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Java, Go, Python Hands-on experience with microservices GCP SDKs and cloud service experience Strong SQL programming expertise Ability to understand complex data flows and databases Excellent communication & stakeholder collaboration skills
