Responsibilities

Assess organization-wide printer compatibility with the target Microsoft 365 (M365) tenant and endpoint management strategy.



Develop and execute printer migration plans, including:


	
	Printer driver evaluation and updates
	
	

	Queue mapping and reconfiguration
	
	

	Alignment of policies with modern management standards
	





Provide expert guidance on MyQ Printaurus printing solutions, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.



Support upgrades and modernization efforts across related print infrastructure products.



Collaborate with cross-functional teams (end-user computing, infrastructure, security) to ensure seamless integration of printing services into the transformed workplace environment.



Document migration procedures, technical standards, and best practices.



Offer escalation support during and after migration phases to ensure minimal disruption to print services.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Printing SME or similar role within enterprise environments.



Strong understanding of print server infrastructure, print management, and endpoint printing configurations.



Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tenant integration and modern device management (Intune, Autopilot, or similar).



Expertise with MyQ Printaurus, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting.



Familiarity with driver lifecycle management and print queue configuration across Windows-based environments.



Ability to design and implement complex print migration strategies.



Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced transformation program.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
