We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to help shape the future of our technology platforms. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on development with technical leadership, guiding teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing systems used across the business.What you’ll do Lead the full software lifecycle — from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance. Collaborate with product, finance, and global technology teams to deliver impactful business solutions. Set coding and DevOps standards, ensuring best practices across the engineering team. Design and build cloud-native applications and integrate enterprise messaging systems. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other engineers. Oversee documentation and ensure technical clarity throughout projects. What you bring 8+ years of software engineering experience (experience in financial area is a plus). 2+ years leading teams or complex technology projects. Strong command of C# and object-oriented programming principles. Experience with cloud-based architectures and large-scale data platforms Solid understanding of software delivery, architecture, and DevOps practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
