You will support enterprise-wide programmes by transforming complex project data into clear executive insights, enabling better decision-making and enhanced transparency. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment where precision and continuous improvement are key to success.Your main responsibilities: Producing portfolio and programme performance reports using advanced Excel capabilities Building and maintaining dashboards to support governance and decision-making Supporting project creation and maintenance within project management tools Analyzing project data to identify risks, issues, and delivery trends Presenting complex information clearly to senior stakeholders Applying project management frameworks across portfolios and programmes Improving PMO processes and simplifying ways of working Collaborating with programme managers and transformation leads You're ideal for this role if you have: At least 7 years of experience in project or portfolio management or a related field Advanced data analysis skills using Excel including pivot tables and Power Query Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Clarity PPM or MS Project Fluent English communication skills at a business level Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines Independent work ethic combined with effective team collaboration It is a strong plus if you have: Experience supporting large-scale transformation or change programmes Background working in fast-paced, globally distributed environments Language Required for the role:Fluent EnglishEligibility to work in this role:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in various, innovative, and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
