With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.About the role:As a Senior DevOps Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. A senior technical role responsible for designing, automating, securing, and operating multi-cloud platform (OCI & GCP). Ensures high availability, resilience, security, and compliance for all banking workloads while driving automation, GitOps, and operational excellence.Responsibilities: Design and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform across Google Cloud (GCP) and Oracle Cloud (OCI) Operate and optimize managed Kubernetes clusters (OKE & GKE) Manage platform services: Kong API Gateway, Istio / Service Mesh, Vault, ExternalDNS Implement GitOps automation using ArgoCD and integrate CI/CD pipelines Deploy and manage observability platforms: Dynatrace, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana Enhance platform security including SAST, DAST, RBAC, mTLS, image scanning, and DevSecOps controls Lead DR failover/failback ensuring alignment with RTO/RPO and SAMA IT Governance Troubleshoot distributed systems and guide engineering teams Drive platform scalability, performance optimization, and cost efficiency Requirements: Deep expertise in Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and Terraform Strong managed Kubernetes experience including HA, upgrades, scaling, mesh, gateways Proficiency with Istio, API Gateways, Service Mesh, and traffic management Experience with Vault for secrets management and PKI GitOps (ArgoCD), CI/CD automation, Helm, Kustomize Strong troubleshooting of microservices and distributed systems Security experience including SAST/DAST, IAM, mTLS, admission controls Desirable: 8–12+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles Experience in regulated industries; banking or financial sector preferred Cloud and DevOps certifications (GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform) are advantageous What`s in it for you?
