Job Title: SAP FICO ConsultantLocation: GermanyWork Mode: Remote (with occasional travel when required)Work Type: Permanent/ Full TimeOverview: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge, hands-on SAP configuration skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements for Finance and Controlling (FICO) processes. Configure and customize SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA). Provide expertise in integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR). Perform end-to-end testing, validation, and troubleshooting of SAP FICO solutions. Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to design solutions. Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Deliver user training, create documentation, and provide post-implementation support. Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and new implementations. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant in implementation and support projects. Strong knowledge of FI sub-modules: GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), AA (Asset Accounting), Banking.
