We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team working on retail solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong technical understanding, background in product management and experience in implementing web applications. We look for a dedicated Product Owner who has been in this role for at least 3 years and has a proven track record of managing and delivering products.Your tasks Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Owners, and Stakeholders to understand and align with the business needs Lead discussions on priorities, expectations, and requirements within the Scrum/SAFe framework Ensure your teams are delivering the right features at the right time Understand your domain and scope, and provide clear, actionable requirements to the development team Gather and document requirements, develop models, and create specifications necessary for product delivery Proactively manage your team's backlog, focusing on both priority and scope Foster collaboration and coordination with other development teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery Requirements At least 5 years of experience in business, product, and management roles Strong understanding of technical aspects of SDLC Proven experience leading highly complex international digitalization projects with top management visibility Strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, and a deep interest in technology with hands-on product management experience Customer-focused with a keen ability to prioritize and meet customer needs Experience in agile projects that have dependencies on legacy systems Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and the Software Development Life Cycle Strong interpersonal, communication, and planning skills, with critical thinking and decision-making abilities Fluent English and Polish proficiency (C1 level or higher) Residing in Poland required Nice-to-have requirements Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Previous experience in Loyalty Platforms
